To make customized printed paper bag or packaging box. Usually, itis divided into seven steps as follow:

First, Design

Design is the first step to make a customized printed paper bag or paper box.

Usually, the packaging artwork design is provided by customer or their cooperated professional printing and packaging design company. As a custom paper bag, paper box manufacturer, sometimes we also help to make the artwork design for customer to check and confirm base on order confirmed with us and physical sample with detail specification from customer.

Second, Paper Material Selection

According to the application,usage and support weight requested of packaging, what color, what gram weight, what specification to prepare the raw paper material. Divided by different material, there are kraft paper bag,white cardboard paper bag, white board paper bag, coated paper bag, corrugated paper box, cardboard paper box,etc.

Third, Printing Service

Custom printing processes includes offset printing, flexo printing, gravure lamination printing, etc., which should be selected according to the colorand the content of the printing required by the customer. Multi-color printing and large area printing on paper bag or box with large amount order quantity, we recommend flexo printing while it has high production efficiency and cost saved.

Forth, Surface Finishing

Glossy/matt lamination, gold/silver hot stamping, embossing, UV coating, foil stamping,ect for various kinds of paper gift bags, shopping bags and food packaging take away bags.

Fifth, Die Cutting

Use professional sheet cutting machine,cutting the paper sheet suitable for making the size and shapeof the customized bag or box.

Sixth, Glue

Automatic paper bag making machine could make the paper bag without glue while the paper bag made by semi automatic machine need to be glued the paper bag with handle or bottom. It depends.

Seventh, packaging

All eco-friendly paper bags after folding and packaging, in general, are 50pcs / bundle, 1000pcs /carton.

Each paper bag or paper box will be finally insepcted by our QC team before packing.The customer provides free delivery service, chooses to send the goods to the city where the customer is by air or by sea. If the customer has designated logistics, please let us know.
